Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times We ship to Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Australia: 7–20 business days
- New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- United States: 10–25 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required!
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Customs and Duties International orders (New Zealand and United States) may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
